Visualize yourself in a Hypnotherapy Session

Here in Portland, OR, to get my customers to my Office, which is a quiet place overlooking a mature perennial garden.   Through the glass doors, a eager person can begin to relax and enjoy the diversity of green canopy as they feel more 60-year-old Doug fir trees, view the 30-year-old Rhododendron, sword ferns, Maidenhair ferns and Hydrangea, to name a few.   When inside, is my view that supports your hypnosis Chair for this view.

My goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable.   Picture yourself have lived through my glass doors.

I want to invite you in, and I can say:

This is your Chair. You want to sit here.

I want to be sitting across from you, where we can provide each other with our full attention.

I would like to ask: ' have you ever experienced hypnosis?' (We will have hypnosis talked about on the phone prior to this appointment, but I would still ask)

Next I ask: "have you ever driven a car to a destination, and wondered how you got there? ' You stopped at stop signs and red lights, you have made the correct spins, so where were you?

The answer is that you were in a trance, and this is just as hypnosis.

Now, make yourself comfortable and enjoy proposal of relaxation by imagining your body in a gradual relaxing mode from head to toe.

Now that you feel relaxed, you will feel a natural curiosity about the proposal, as I do (proposal, as we have previously agreed).

You can be floating sensation or feeling suspended, which your unconscious mind takes in the proposals. Like many people you can form images. All are unique and enjoy their own representations of words and suggestions.

Time seems to stand still, but we are finished and to my number 5 you return to a fully alert, State, feeling refreshed.

Ask: "when can we do this again?"

Help with neurotic behavior

I can see individual clients here in Portland, OR, to hypnosis help for neurotic behavior. Were from mainstream medical perspective it is not long ago, neurotic behavior considered hopeless, and only be treated with drugs.

Improve your life by learning Self-Hypnosis

I love the self-hypnosis. As a Hypnotherapist in Portland, OR, should I use a number of techniques to help people manage their pain and anxiety. The first thing I would like to teach my customers, when they come into my Office is a color visualization exercise. Learning and practicing this is a good way to build up resources for all Visual effects, and self-hypnosis.

1. hypnosis All are self-hypnosis.

2. Imagining the Rainbow colors are a well-known place to begin to encourage your own abilities.

3. Remember acronym ROY g. BIV: red, Orange, yellow, green, blue, Indigo, Violet. Enjoy!

4. as with any new technique, you need to practice to realize his advantage.

5. You will also use your breath control power for relaxation and focus.

6. Conscious breathing is the key to relaxation.

7. Breathe together count of four, team in a count of four, and then release the count of eight.

8. Check to see if your body is really in a comfortable position, stretch a little, gabe and make sure your feet are planted on the floor, feeling centered …and breathe as instructed three times. Do slowly, mindfully. Take your time.

9. try this again. Practicing correct breathing is the Foundation to be less stressful and less tense.

10. You may discover that it is easier to concentrate on breath when your eyes are closed during practice.

Enjoy the changing colors with your imagination. When you close your eyes see each color, you can use a paint brush to spread the color over a surface. Remember, the whole idea is to see colors. But you do best.

7 ways to build Self confidence

When I meet with a new client for hypnotherapy, starts here in Portland, Oregon, I know to teach them breathing exercises I have told you about in previous posts. Fundamental to build self confidence, by using hypnotherapy of or Visualization techniques are the correct breathing. I am not including it in my list for this post because I have written it before:

Take a nice, long, breast breath in that the number of 4 teams to the count of 4, and then exhale for your inner number of 8. Repeat 3 times.

With different topics clients are concerned, such as anxiety, stress, weight loss, weight gain, Quit smoking and neurotic behaviourcan you guess the common thread that runs through all of these?

It is true: self confidence. Help to build self confidence there are 6 first step used before using traditional hypnotherapy. I use conversational hypnosis to propose the following:

Listen to your self-talk. Could write down what you say to yourself. If you keep a journal, write in it what you say to yourself and not be afraid of how disconnected may your inner talk. Often people are surprised by their self-talk.Taking responsibility for it will help you make a change. You need a starting point.Be kind to yourself. Pamper yourself as you would a child. Find anything good to say to yourself, and you create a new pattern.Remember a time, and the episode where you had confidence. Really feel it. Let whatever comes to mind be okay. You do not over-think this.Write down this event include intensity and where you feel it in your body, like your breast or stomach. You have more clarity if you write it down.Remember the feeling of confidence in the future and at the same time use type self-talk you have selected and practice saying words and sense memory at the same time.Keep it simple and repeat the entire every day. Why Hypnosis is right for you (could explain this to your friends)

Each client who come to my Office in portland, OR for Hypnotherapy and/or life coaching, have their own set of limiting beliefs.   By eliminating these beliefs and have them discover their inner resources, discovers the why hypnosis is right for them.

When you experience the shift in consciousness as a result of the work that you need you can explain your friends your problem was, and what it feels like to make a break and eliminate the problem.

For example, you could say:

Self Hypnosis techniques

All hypnosis is self hypnosis.  Learning specific techniques are fun and have more than one way to self-hypnotize in your Toolbox are useful.  In a prior post I taught "Colored feathers Technique".

To begin, must be reminded that you can visualize something by saying to yourself, "is not the image of a molehill and not image the Moon". See them?

Next, you must have a strong feeling about your score, something you really want, and then allocated 10-15 minutes and be in a quiet place.

Get yourself in a comfortable position, feet squarely on the floor, the body adjusts and take in 3 nice, deep breaths. Teams each for a count of 4, and exhale for enumeration of 8. Breathe in, breathe out tension relaxation. Now do this:

Imagine a staircase by reminding someone you've seen, or enjoy using your imagination and create one where the details are clear.Start walking down staircase, handrail, noting your feet at the stage, and begins to count from 10 to 9, say to yourself that you feel more relaxed with each step down, then to 8 … again looks at feet stepping to 7 and continue down to 6 then 5 and Notethat, at the bottom of the staircase is a beautiful and inviting space. It can be a cabana, or a studio … easily your unconscious mind guide you to see this structure, down to 4 and 3, 2, and now 1, you are at the bottom of the staircase. You feel very relaxed.Specify the space you have created and notice that you feel at peace and have entered this space that you have created a positive experience that supports your original wish, your goal.By being here, you can leave your request on the go, just let it go. Here is what happens with hypnosis and Coaching in Portland, OR

The Pacific Northwest is a beautiful, always green part of the country. You may be surprised that we have 4 distinct seasons. However, during the rainy season can get depression, blues and concern about the great depression and a general feeling of hopelessness. This is where hypnosis and coaching come to the rescue! Kind of people who would like the weather here tends to be those who will also include alternative medicine.

It is common for us to go to the Naturopathic doctor and Hypnotherapist, rather than to the MD. We prefer to heal us with probiotics and trance. Personal development has become an important aspect of hypnosis and coaching. We continue to see people for smoking cessation and weight loss, but I see more often clients trust questions for self-regulation, neurotic behaviors and, of course, the above depression and anxiety. Hypnotherapy is strong here. I am pleased to be a part of it.

Hypnotherapy of value and life Coaching here in Portland, OR can be measured by the abundance of certified, working professionals. We have a healthy attitude to alternative medicine and people be informed about the value of hypnotic work and life coaching. Tom,

Thank you for ordering my programs. I appreciate it greatly.

The inductions that I use most often are the following.

I use the "eyes open induction" when working on stage, mainly because that is what people expect when the See an entertaining hypnotist. Plus it entertained the audience.

Also, if I am to give suggestions that the volunteer the eyes are tired, I can many times display redness in their eyes. (or at least redness in the eyes of who me great topics later in the show to use can be)

This gives me a chance to win trust because putting on a show, I do it in such a way that I'm building confidence in myself as a hypnotist at exactly the same time am I build confidence in my volunteers in their abilities of becoming hypnotized.

I use hypnosis for Hypnotherapy, (and most of the time this is handled via phone) I always use when "eyes closed induction."

The main reason is, the person has s/he must help with personal problems. The immediate environment contributes to the problem. If I immediately the person may have closed his eyes, he is from that environment and now in my environment.

The exception to this rule is when I speak the individual before hypnotizing him, and I question, "have you ever been hypnotized before?" When he says, "Yes," when I asked him how the experience went. If it went well, I'll copy the induction that went well and use that. (Why reinvent the wheel?)

If the person said, "I started with my eyes open and the hypnotist had me staring at my door button until by tired eyes and they automatically closed.

I will then direct him to "staring at your door knob, until your eyes tired and automatically close." In addition, I will say, "you begin to feel the same exact feelings as the last time you were deeply hypnotized."

"You may even find yourself go deeper into hypnosis if you know how useful it is to your body and spirit."

This way, I build on what the previous hypnotist did, confidence in my subject, and get to deepen hypnosis very quickly.

Gil Boyne has passed on ...

Dedication to Gil Boyne

On May 5, 2010 Gil Boyne died at home in London. Gil was the founder of Westwood Publishing in Glendale, California and was a legend in the field of hypnosis.

First encounter with Gil after he persuaded Ormond McGill, the "Dean of Professional stage Hypnotists," to review pension, and return to performing and teaching hypnosis.

Ormond McGill and Gil, respected and I was the beneficiary of their education expert and friendly and became a professional stage hypnotist as a result.

The magic of a pet in Annihilating Stress at work

An employee of one of my clients, I call her Anne, told me that as a manager, they're much stressful exchanges with her subordinates. She said that her employees are "faithful or not faithful."

I asked what she enjoyed most about dogs and she stated here, they are "loyal and faithful." Further stated that Anne, I think about dogs here while she was at work to remind her loyal and faithful pets while they are under the supervision of its staff.

Now she enjoys here much better job and its employees are less stressful scenes than before.

Linda is a busy executive work. She is also a single working mother with two daughters. He divorce took place just after her second child was born. The daughters are now teenagers, and at that age where they just love to rebel.

Linda owns a large white cat named "Butch". At night, after Linda's daughters sleep, Linda sits in the living room, curled up in a love seat, and her favorite books read. While they are in the silence of the night, her cat, "Butch" relaxes curls to her side and begins to spin. Butch purrs for few minutes before bed to Linda's right side.

When prompted, Linda always tells me that Butch all the stress from her life. There is something magical and relax with Butch the nocturnal purrs.

One of my consulting clients, Larry came to me with a personal crisis caused by post-traumatic stress syndrome.

Larry experienced much combat during the Viet Nam war. One of the Larry jobs included training dolphins to discover underwater saboteurs, on a large shipping port in Viet Nam.

Larry enjoyed training dolphins and once he was a civilian, Larry continued on training dolphins on a premier beach resort in the United States. Training dolphins include Larry's work, in addition to training both land and sea animals.

But of all the animals and pets Larry property in his life, the most "love," was a rare parrot that he travelled with by the United States. Larry found that his parrot provide him with the same unconditional love as a dog, but had other unique qualities that gave him peace in a hectic world.

Larry is now able to check his post traumatic stress of the war and he can do in life to function much better to his loving, pet Companion.

Support for South Korea

I've 1966 and 1967 in the army, stationed in South Korea.

South Korea is a beautiful country with beautiful people. Stationed at the DMZ in Korea with the 32nd infantry, I witnessed broadcasts on huge speakers from North Korea focused on our attention in the South. The broadcasts were in English stating that all Americans "the death of dogs will die.

Below is a video, playing the beautiful national anthem of South Korea. Private number and private Korean Chung taught me the words to the anthem, and I remember every Korean word to this day.

Here is the instrumental version on one of the most beautiful folk songs. The South Korean national anthem.

1 programme of the step in achieving your goals

In Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen's original "Chicken Soup for the soul", I'm reminded of the short story entitled "another check in the list." This is a story about a 15-year-old boy named John who, on a rainy day, when it was too wet to play outside, he decided to write a list of goals. John continued writing until he had 127 goals. These objectives were exploring the River Nile, climbing high mountains around the world and 3 foreign languages learning. He was also featured in a Rose Bowl Parade and play various musical instruments.

Of the 127 goals that he more than 60 years ago, John reached 108. If he lives to 75 years old will he 109 (he mentioned "live to see the 21st century"). How John all these goals? He wrote them down.

Step 1, write it down, write it down, write it down, and write it down!

Have you ever been to a point where you write a New year's resolution or some other goal you thought you wanted to go, only to find yourself to be postponed. A year later, do you need to the same New year's resolution or goal? Why does this happen?

It happens because of that little voice inside of you that says, "I am not good enough or worthy enough to be in the possession of the benefits of my goal." "I have programmed for failure."

I recently read a motivational quote that said: "If you can't write, you don't."

Let's think about that for a minute. Every day you may be drawing up of lists of things to do to run your family, your work, or plan your business trip or vacation. How many times you really write down exactly what you want from life? How much long-term or short-term goals you write it down?

Now when thinking about what you want to achieve your attention on specific words and ideas with regard to your objectives. Those words and ideas your full attention when you write them.

You ever write a letter, business report or term paper and sometimes find your fingers fly in the keyboard?

Written words as symbols of objects, ideas or feelings are, could the physical process of entering these words on a page is actually a subconscious connect to?

I think it does. When you use language to communicate on paper, you must use the information on a subconscious level.

The help you get when you create your list of goals directly from your powerful subconscious mind. Why not take advantage of the power of your spirit in achieving your goals?

Write your goals into your day planner, write them down and hang them on your walls. Writing your goals on sticky notes and place them on your bathroom mirror or on your windows.

Every time that you write down your goals, your body towards them on the road. The objectives are becoming clearer and clearer. The road map that you create by writing objectives directly to your subconscious mind is projected and is is succeeded.

A now popular syndicated cartoonist written 15 times per day, every day the following sentence. "I want a syndicated cartoonist." He did this every day, even if he doesn't feel like a syndicated cartoonist. Now, Scott Adams, the creator of the "Dilbert Cartoon" is a full-time, syndicated cartoonist, known all over the world. Scott wrote "it up."

A way to that goal in a more positive and immediate context is able to say, "I am a syndicated cartoonist." Pretend you're already in the possession of the goal. It takes a lot of pressure from you during your daily activities when you feel the new role. You become comfortable with it.

Write your goals down everywhere. If you write them thinking about John, the 15-year-old target achiever from the story "Chicken Soup for the soul". Now that John is in his seventies, what advice would John have for you when you ask him, "what is the main thing I can do to reach my goals?"

Listen to John whisper in your ear, these three words.

"Write it down."

Hypnotic Induction and Prescription to Assist in Treatment for Attention Deficiency Disorder (ADD)

Introduction:
Repeat this as often as you like. ADD sufferers need spaced repetition of the exercise to stimulate their powerful subconscious minds.

Before You Begin:

Always remember that ALL hypnosis is self-hypnosis! You are always in control.

You have all the power necessary to make positive changes in your own life. You may have found out already in life that you also have the power to make all the negative changes in your life.

Let's focus on the positive changes.

Find an area in your home or place of work where you can have about twenty minutes to yourself. That's right, only 20 minutes are needed in your quest for a successful induction at this point.

Now read the following words into your recording device:

Read very, very slowly.

Pretend that you are tired as you read this exercise and you will react in a relaxed, sleepy, manner.

You will find yourself empathetic to your own voice. (You may want to print out this page for future reference)

Whenever you see the (Pause) cue, pause for 3 seconds, then go ahead and read again. Let your body relax for a few moments before continuing on.

If you are not the person seeking treatment for example, a therapist, parent or friend, make sure you read this in a relaxed and sleepy manner as you read aloud.

Hypnosis Begins Now

Sit up in a comfortable chair or lie on a couch or a bed with your hands resting in your lap or by your side and take three slow deep breaths. Each time you inhale, focus on filling your lungs with clean, fresh air. (Pause) As you exhale, feel all of the tension leave your lungs. (Pause)

Now stare at a spot. Look at a spot on the wall or ceiling. (Pause)

Look at that spot, breathe deep and relax. (Pause)

Your body is relaxing, deeply relaxing. (Pause)

You eyes are getting heavy and closing down. (Pause)

You are going deep, deep, and deeper into a pleasant state of relaxation. (Pause)

Your mind is alert and aware, and your body is relaxing, perfectly.

Now I am going to count from three down to one. With every count take a long slow deep breath. Then exhale deeply, and allow yourself to relax deeper and sounder than ever before. (Pause)

Okay, three breathing deeply, two, inhaling deeply and exhaling.

Feel the tension leaving your lungs. (Pause)

One, deeper and more completely relaxed than ever before. (Pause)

Now close your eyes and relax deeply. (Pause)

You feel relaxed, focused and at peace. (Pause)

Each time you practice this exercise, You will find yourself relaxing to a greater and greater degree. (Pause)

Your body feels totally relaxed as your mind is keenly alert, aware and very powerful. (Pause)

You can achieve anything YOU want when you execute your own personal power. (Pause)

You will sleep better when its time to sleep and you will find more energy when you are awake. Your powers of concentration will become stronger and stronger. (Pause)

Your life is getting better and better. (Pause)

Day by day, in every way you are getting better and better. (Pause)

You feel good, you feel fine...you feel perfectly relaxed. (Pause)

Each and every deep breath that you take lets you relax deeper and deeper. (Pause)

Each and every sound that you hear allows you to relax deeper and deeper. (Pause)

Nothing will disturb you.

Just breathe deeply and relax deeply. (Pause)

Let your body relax. (Pause)

Let all of your muscles relax as you gain control over the powerful subconscious part of our mind. (Pause)

All of your cares and troubles are just drifting away. (Pause)

You can bring them back at any time you want. (Pause)

However, it feels good to let them drift away at this time. (Pause)

But it feels good to let them drift away at this time.

Each and every breath you take allows you to relax deeper and deeper each and every sound that you hear, allows you to relax deeper and deeper.

You feel good. You feel fine. You feel perfectly and completely relaxed. (Pause)

Your mind is alert and aware and your body is relaxing perfectly.

Now allow your eyelids to feel heavy. (Pause)

Allow your eyes to feel tired. Begin to close your eyelids down tight. This will allow you to relax deeper.

Deeper and sounder than ever before. (Pause)

You are going down deeper and sounder in this wonderful state of relaxation. (Pause)

Your mind is keenly alert and aware, and your body is relaxing perfectly. (Pause)

Now picture in your mind that with your eyes closed down tightly, you can see out of an imaginary hole in the top of your head. (Pause)

Imagine that you are looking out of that imaginary hole or window and you can see a beautiful relaxing scene around you. (Pause)

You make be picturing the night sky, or a beautiful daytime scene with mountains and trees, or a lake or the ocean shore. Or, you may be picturing a comfortable room or place that is very quiet and still. (Pause)

Whatever picture you hold in your mind, just hold it there and relax deeply and soundly. (Pause)

Now we are going to select a picture a selection from my last example. (Pause)

Picture in your mind the night sky.

It may be a sky filled with a full moon, planets and stars or it might be an overcast night that is very dark and has little light.

Whatever sky you picture is the correct one.

As you picture the night sky in your mind, you body relaxes deeply, very deeply.

All of your muscles are going loose, and limp.

As your body relaxes you find yourself concentrating better and better. Your powers of concentration are becoming more acute and more pronounced.

It is easier for you to concentrate on those things that interest you.

Now as you see your night sky picture a large wheel somewhere in your night sky. (Pause)

It may be a large spoke wagon wheel, or bicycle wheel, or an automobile tire.

Whatever wheel you picture in your mind, it will be the correct wheel.

As you look at the wheel in the night sky, you are going deeper and deeper into this wonderful, hypnotic state of mind. (Pause)

Your powers of concentration are improving. You are seeing greater detail in your night sky. (Pause)

Now as you look at the night sky, picture your wheel turning and spinning to the right or to the left.

Whatever direction you see your wheel turning and spinning, this will be the correct direction. (Pause)

As you watch the wheel turning and spinning to the right or to the left, you body relaxes further. At the same time you concentration is growing more intense.

You are able to see greater detail in your night sky. (Pause)

As the night sky is becoming clearer and clearer, you are going deeper and deeper into this wonderful, relaxing state of mind.

Now as you watch the wheel turning and spinning to the right or to the left, now see the wheel moving toward you or away from you. (Pause)

As the wheel moves towards you, it becomes bigger and bigger. As it moves away from you it becomes smaller in the night sky.

As the wheel turns and spins and moves towards or away from you, relax and concentrate deeply. (Pause)

Now as you watch the wheel moving and spinning in the night sky, I want you to count back from one-hundred down to one. Now count to yourself slowly from one hundred down to one. (Pause)

Count 100, 99, 98, 97 and so on. As you are counting, see the wheel in the night sky swinging back and forth and spinning from side to side. (Pause)

Continue counting slowly and watching the wheel. You find yourself concentrating easier and easier. You body is relaxing as your concentration becomes easier and easier. (Pause)

Keep counting and as you do you are relaxing and going deeper into this wonderful state of mind. (Pause) (Pause) (Pause)

Go deeper and sounder into hypnosis. You feel good. You feel fine. You feel perfectly and completely relaxed. (Pause)

Stop counting and drop the picture of the night sky. (Pause)

Relax and let go of the images of the night sky. You are relaxing more with each and every breath that you take and each and every sound that you here.

You are finding that day by day your powers of concentration increase. You are able to concentrate better on the things that you are required to concentrate on whether they are at school or work or play.

If feels good to be able to increase your personal power of concentration. (Pause)

Day by day you gain powerful concentration powers. You amaze yourself and everyone around you on your ability to concentrate. (Pause)

After you arouse yourself from this session you will find yourself better able to concentrate on the world around you.

It becomes easier and more fun to concentrate.

Each and every time you hypnotize yourself or someone else hypnotizes you, personal concentration powers will become stronger and stronger.

You feel good. You feel fine you feel totally and completely, relaxed. In a moment I am going to count from 1 to 5. (Pause)

By the time I reach 5, you will be alert and awake and feeling better than you have ever felt before. (Pause)

Each and every time you practice this exercise, you will find yourself relaxing to a greater and greater degree. (Pause)

All right, one, two, three, four, and five. (Pause)

You are wide-awake, alert and feeling better in every way!
