New Help for meditators

Meditation is the opposite of hypnosis. Such as hypnosis is narrowing of an idea or thought to a central focus, eliminating all the distractions, meditate implies awareness extend by one thought too many non-related thoughts in a continuous expansion outside.

Both hypnosis and meditation are effective ways to stress to overcome. When in stressful situations all you can think about is the "stressor". This is the one idea that you can't get out of your head.
