I remember Linda as a devoted student of learning, a true patriot who was very active in politics, and was a devout Catholic.
Linda graduated from Dundee Community High School, Carpentersville, Illinois, in 1962 at the young age of 16. Although they are so young, she was made the "Super Honor Roll" every quarter during Junior High and High School and finished third in her graduating class of 1962.
Linda was the President of the Illinois Young Republicans as Barry Goldwater ran for President. At that time, she wrote many political articles for newspapers and magazines.
They kept up with politics and all of its social tasks carried out. Later in life she became a civil officer at a military base near Jacksonville, Florida.
Linda was a dedicated mother, raising 2 kids and hold a career of her entire life.
I will Miss Linda and she will always serve as a source of inspiration for me. They taught me how to write and speak in public. I will always be in her debt.
Rest in peace Linda, and thank you big sister.
